Our Equipment

Packed into our 60,000 square foot state-of-the-art printing and packaging solutions facility, we have some of the newest 6-color and 8-color presses on the market. These unique devices are able to print on a wide range of papers as well as plastics for the packaging industry.

As an independent printing firm, we recognize the importance of modernizing and upgrading our equipment to distinguish ourselves in the marketplace and to remain competitive. When new technologies and printing process become available, we incorporate them into our operation and make them available to our clients.

We just recently completed installation of a state-'of -the-art 40" 8'-color press with in-line anilox coater. The press will also perfect seven colors over one. The press is rated for 15,000 sheets/hr, has full RCI and CCI controls, auto plate loading and auto blanket wash. In addition to IR dryer and IR thermal air dryer, the press is equipped with interdeck UV and end-of-press UV dryers. For printing synthetic papers, we have ionized air in the delivery and anti-static on each print unit.
